Eilish has more than 30 years professional experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors and has worked at management level for over 20 years. She is highly experienced in managing people, group dynamics and being aware of what needs to be addressed in groups so they function effectively. She has worked with individuals and groups on conflict coaching to enable them to up skill themselves in dealing with conflict. She is also a successful Career Coach.
Eilish is passionate about people; her main strength is to up skill you/your team to achieve the best results for your business, through communications. Whatever you want to work on, Eilish will build a working alliance with you to gain a clear focus on your performance and outcomes. Her style is to both encourage you to be the best you can be, and to create a structure for each engagement, utilizing a wide range of skills, tools and models to help you achieve your goals. In her work as a Conflict Coach she has a proven track record in achieving positive resolutions between parties, where disputes had the potential to escalate to full blown, costly investigations. As a successful Career Coach, Eilish is proficient in Interview Preparation and Performance Enhancing Coaching, with particular emphasis on strengthening leadership capability, role transition and resilience coaching. In her role as President of ICF Ireland Eilish brought Judith E Glaser to Ireland to speak at a number of engagements North and South, which proved highly successful. She is a practicing Coach Supervisor & Coach Mentor.
Eilish is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) one of only 5 in Ireland at present. She has over ten years of experience as a Trainer and Group Facilitator and Coach. She is a Certified Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) coach since 2016 and has worked closely with Judith E. Glaser and Ben Croft as part of World Business and Executive Coaching (WBECs). Eilish became a member of Judith’s Senior Dream Team at WBECs. As a partner Eilish has strong links with WBECS and attends Annual Webinars to keep updated on the latest thinking in Coaching and participates in various other ICF Webinars. She has attended Master Classes in Coaching run by ICF, Association of Coaching (AC) and European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). She is part of the Cooperation and Working Together (CAWT) group that has given a Master Class in coaching at Google Ireland - directly as a result of achieving the Irish Institute of Training Award for Excellence in Coaching. Eilish is committed to personal development and continuous improvement and regularly gives/receives Coaching & Supervision sessions on Skype, face to face, also with individuals and groups.
She draws on *C-IQ tools, Conflict Coaching Models, Change Management Strategies, Leadership models, Time Management, Tri-party meetings, and Mid and End-point reviews, in her work.
